Fossati is a global company based in the United States. All sales are through our online shop fossatiUS.com. We currently ship globally however some of our products are available in the US only due to restrictions on the export of products made of exotic skins. Handbags made of Ostrich are available globally.

Pricing and Payment Options

Prices displayed on the Fossati website are quoted in US dollars and are accurate.
Fossati accepts payments through Google checkout and PayPal checkout and accepts the following forms of payment for on-line purchases:

Sales Tax

Shipping and Delivery

For security reasons, Fossati on-line purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not secured by USPS.

All purchases are shipped via UPS. Shipments are usually sent within 3-5 business days or an order being submitted. Special orders may take as long as 2-12 weeks from the date submitted. You’ll receive notification when shipped. Orders can be tracked through UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please add 3-5 business days for in stock items or 2-12 weeks for special orders Plus shipping time Frim Michigan to your location. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Fossati cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Return Policy for On-Line Purchases

Thank you for shopping at fossatiUS.com. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the ship date. Merchandise must be unworn, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original fossatiUS.com invoice. Fossati Handbags reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet return requirements. Refunds are made at the discretion of Fossati Handbags.

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to cathy.fossatiUS@gmail.com We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be canceled or modified until the product has been returned to us. Every Fossati handbag arrives carefully packaged and protected in its own Fossati Handbag dust cover. The invoice will be enclosed along with a letter of authenticity and edition number.
